Founded by Phuong Tran (pronounced "Fong"), PHVONGTRVN was created to showcase her love of travel, lifestyle, and fashion. I was born in Thailand, but raised in San Diego, CA. Eleven days after graduating from high school, I attended the University of California, Berkeley and obtained my Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies. After graduation, I moved back to San Diego to become a Paralegal. I currently work full-time in a civil litigation law firm with some of the Top 50 attorneys in San Diego. I am consumed by wanderlust so I have a deep passion for traveling. One of my goals is to max out my passport with stamps. I originally started this blog to inspire people to affordably explore the beauty of our world beyond where we live and to share my travel tips and tricks. However, my blog has changed a lot over the years so you'll find a little bit of everything. At this point in my life, I'm not fully certain what my future holds; but in the meantime, I enjoy creating content as an outlet for my creativity. By creating meaningful content, I hope to provide value and to inspire people who are willing and to embrace life for what it is.
